Welcome to doulCi server, please follow the below procedure to bypass your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch icloud activation. Step1 - Go to your hosts file from "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts".
Step2 - Open hosts with Notepad and add following magic line.

95.85.40.69 albert.apple.com 

OR   

188.226.251.76 albert.apple.com

Step3 - Connect your iPad/iPhone/iPod to your PC (via USB) and open iTunes.
Step4 - Wait for the message box with: iTunes can't verify the identity of the server "albert.apple.com" , then click "Continue". You are done! You successful bypassed iCloud activation.
